Captator

A person who acquires a gift or inheritance through deception. Undue influence is a term used to refer to the unfair persuasion of someone to do something that they would not have done under normal circumstances. It is similar to the behavior of a bully who tries to force someone to do something against their will. In the case of a will, if someone convinces the person creating the will to leave them something, it is known as an improper influence. Such actions are not permitted because they take away the individual’s freedom of choice and replace it with the wishes of the manipulator.
